Week Three!!! ACK!!! This is always the point where I start to panic. 🙂 But, being that this is my 5th One Room Challenge, I know that despite the lack of progress, it will indeed all get done!! Or so I think….Ha!!
Hey there! Yep, that’s right I’m diving into the One Room Challenge again! This will be my fifth time to participate and I’m excited! I guess I’ve done it enough times that it really doesn’t stress me out anymore! Haha! If you’re unfamiliar with the ORC please follow the link and check it out. And then, follow the links at the bottom of the post for loads of decorating and DIY inspiration from all the others participating in the challenge!!
I’m excited to share this project with you today! I’ve been seeing these amazing concrete tile floors everywhere and they are beautiful. However, they are not cheap. So, my alternative – the also beautiful painted and stenciled floors.
Sometimes I think that these simple DIY tutorials are not necessary, but then I remember I have a lot of friends who claim to be craft impaired, so maybe they appeal to someone! Haha!
Several months ago I talked about changing the color of our front door. And then, I never got around to it. But, when we decided to paint the trim…finally, I decided it was time. I went back and forth for a long time on what color to go with. However, I couldn’t get this image out of my head. I know, I know, it’s a dollhouse, but when I saw it I knew that I had to have that green door. (side note: not a color I had in the running before, 😆 ) So, here ya go!!
