I know pom pom wreaths are nothing new, but I had never tried my hand at one. I decided this would be the year! I’m loving all of the black, white, and green Christmas decor this year so I decided to stick with a pretty neutral color pallet for this wreath. I love traditional red for Christmas but I just can’t get enough of this color scheme!
Hey there friends!! Are you hosting Thanksgiving this year? Is it your first time? Did you just find out? Well, I’m here for you! I am sharing a very simple and budget friendly Thanksgiving tablescape with you!
Thanks for all the love for our new floors!! Literally we smile every time we open the front door :). As we were clearing out the room of furniture in order to start the project, we decided that a few pieces would not be coming back in the room, and a few things would be moving around. I am really loving the new arrangement, but there were a few empty places. This wall for instance, is where the dresser used to sit. I had thought maybe a console table here. But, since I wasn’t really in a hurry to spend any more money, I decided to bring in this bench from our garage. It came with our kitchen table and chairs and we are no longer using it there. I actually really liked it here!
It’s finally time!! If you follow me on Instagram then you know we replaced the carpet in our family room and hallway with laminate flooring a few weeks ago. This is a project that has been on our list since we moved in, but it just kept getting bumped by other things. But, we finally got it to the top of the list, they are done, and we love them!! Here is the before for reference.
Hey there friends!! I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite things about fall is the yummy, cozy, food! 🙂 Hubby and I recently visited a local pie shop (he loves pie) and he ordered something new – a peach blackberry crumble. It was soooo yummy. As I was devouring it I was thinking how it would probably be pretty easy to recreate so I gave it a try last week.
