Hey there friends!! Are you hosting Thanksgiving this year? Is it your first time? Did you just find out? Well, I’m here for you! I am sharing a very simple and budget friendly Thanksgiving tablescape with you!
Hey there friends!! Have you started decorating for fall yet this year?? I’ve started easing in a few things here and there. Since the temperatures are still pretty warm here, I just can’t jump all in…yet. HA! I knew I wanted to create a fall tablescape for y’all, because it’s honestly one of my favorite things to do, and y’all seem to like it as well. I hand in mind some things I had on hand I wanted to use and then I saw these cute chargers at Dollar Tree and the ideas started flowing!! Here’s where I started.
I’m sure you’ve all heard the term “Not Today Satan” right? Well, this is my twist on it. “Not This Season Satan”. I remember being a kid and so looking forward to the holiday season. And, then I became an adult, and I realized why my parents weren’t always so happy. There are so many things going on this time of year that, if we let it, can steal our joy. But this year, I’m saying no.
Hey there friends!! We are super busy around here trying to put the finishing touches on our One Room Challenge Laundry Room Update. But, I still want to bring you some other useful content that is relevant for the season!! Can you believe it’s November already?!? I think every year the clock moves faster. Thanksgiving will be here before you know it, so there is no better time than the present to get ready! So, today I’m sharing with you how to set a pretty table on a budget!!
It’s November friends! How did that happen?? Well, I guess it’s time to start thinking about how I might set the table for this year’s Thanksgiving dinner! I almost always change up the napkins, and more often than not I make them myself. Over the years I’ve had mostly solid napkins, but I thought this year I might try something different. I have really come to love using drop cloths as an inexpensive fabric. I have made several tablecloths over the years, so I figured it would make a great napkin as well.
