How can it possibly be Friday again?!? This week flew by, but also creeped by ever so slowly. Does that make sense to anyone else?? We were busy as usual, but the days just seemed to go on forever, and most days I really just wanted to make it to my bed at the end of it all. Hubby has been sick the past couple of days, which is no good. Here’s praying that no one else gets whatever he has. Anyway….it’s Friday!! YAY!! I’ve got some great things to share again!

Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching and maybe you have grand ideas of what it should be like. Whether you are in a relationship or not this ideas may not be practical, attainable, or realistic. I loved this great article written by Erin Shebish for Sweet Tea and Saving Grace. It is filled with so much truth, and exactly all the things that I want for my marriage now and for always. Jesus is the key folks.
Some really great DIY and design out there this week!! This master bedroom makeover from Classy Clutter is amazing! I LOVE the feature wall! The design, the color, all of it. Very similar to what I have swimming in my head for our master.
And, then there is this amazing door that Katie from Bower Power built…can we just take in it’s loveliness for a while. I totally dig details like these. And, she shares a great tutorial for how she did it!
I tried this soup a few weeks ago and hubby and I loved it. The jury is still out on the kids. One loves soup and liked it, the other was still undecided (and the other two are at college so…). It’s on the menu again for next week, so we’ll see how it fares the second time around.

Last but not least, my future daughter-in-law (I love saying that!) recommended this lotion to me months ago, and let me tell you it is miracle working. It’s more of a gel than a lotion so it took me a while to get used to, but it works! Between crafts, keeping house, DIY, and of course winter my hands are often in bad shape.
Have a great weekend friends and enjoy the links!! I hope Valentine’s Day is all that you want it to be, and if it’s not, remember Jesus loves you and so do I!! 😉
