I feel like I’m a little behind getting this tour to you. And yesterday when it was sunny and I was shooting, of course my camera battery died…ugh. No biggie. I took a little lunch break, made some cookies and finished shooting!! So here we are today! And I say, “welcome to our home!”
It seems that every year when I pull out my Christmas bins, I end up putting about half of it back in the attic. Granted it’s a different half every year! Ha! Probably the only things that are on repeat every year are my tree, and my nativity sets (including my kids nutivities). I kept it really simple this year, and I LOVE it. I’m going to let the pictures do most of the talking! Enjoy 🙂
I shared the details of our mantel on Tuesday. Be sure to click over and check it out if you missed it! My wood bowl got filled with some inexpensive plastic ornaments. Easy, and oh so pretty
The top of the piano got adorned with some of my prized pieces.
The nutivities that my kiddos made in kindergarten Sunday School.
Aren’t they cute?? The Joy sign came from the same shop that the galvanized nativity on the mantel came from.
This is my main nativity set. The one I’ve had for years. My hubby bought it for me and it’s a treasure. The garland draped across the mirror is simply felt snowflakes strung on a piece of jute.
I’ve posted several times about our main tree that holds all of our ornaments. No color scheme or anything fancy, just lots of memories. 🙂
In the breakfast nook the chandelier got a little jewelry in the form of ornaments and pine cones hung with gingham ribbon.
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen this pitcher that I picked up at Hobby Lobby for under $10. A few greenery sprigs and the room is complete.
In the kids bath, I added another nativity set and a small tree. A string of fairy lights makes the tree sparkle. Oh, and did you catch the sneaky peek of the new shower tile??
Lastly, the master bedroom. Have I mentioned how much I love our new bedding?? Seriously, LOVE. I wrapped our headboard with lighted garland last year, and I loved it so much that I did it again! (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it)
One more little tree with twinkle lights and I am all the heart eyes.
I hope you enjoyed looking around our cozy home all decked out for Christmas. Maybe you got a few ideas and inspiration! Thanks so much for stopping by! Now, I’m off to try to knock out the majority of our Christmas shopping. Yep, haven’t really even started yet. 😳
