Hey there! I’m back with another room to add to Our Home tour! Our Master Bedroom got an update last spring when I joined The One Room Challenge.
As usual, the room is full of DIYs and personal touches. It is a great retreat for my hubby and I!! Now for the pictures :).
We started with a navy accent wall, and a DIY headboard.
The art is a combination of DIY abstract art, a gallery wall, and a fun wall of G’s.
I completed several sewing projects in this room as well. The pillows, the bedskirt, and the curtains bring a custom touch to the room.
The side tables are pieces we were already using, they just got an update with paint. The lamps also got an update with paint, jute, and new shades.
I was going for a calm, coastal retreat and we love how it came out. (For inspiration and before pictures check out this post.)

Hi Denise,
Your bedroom is beautiful. and so full of love…………..just how it should be.
Love that navy wall and your neutral headboard and bedding, looks great against that navy.
Good job on the bed skirt and draperies. Lovely getaway spot for you and your hubby.
Thanks for sharing it.
