A new year! Each year I’m amazed at how much faster the time passes. I guess maybe that’s part of getting older. 😆 A few months ago one of my favorite instagrammers, Holly from ourfauxfarmhouse, was talking about how she and her hubby sometimes only finish most projects 95%, and I totally relate! So, my #1 goal for 2019 is to move from 95% done to 100% done in every room!
There are bits and pieces of unfinished things in every room! HAHAHa 😆 We have lived in this house for 17 years and I would like to be able to call it “done” and enjoy it before we find ourselves moving! (no plan for that in the near future, but we ARE on the verge of being empty nesters, so you never know)
I’ve compiled a list, room by room of things that got finished halfway and of things that I planned to do but never did. I’m sure this list will ebb and flow, but it’s a start at least! I’ll be working through the list over the year, and I can’t wait! Of course there will be some other projects thrown in here and there (looks like one last room shuffle here at the Greenwood house), but mostly just getting stuff done!
How many 95% done projects do you have around your home? I think we should start a club, or a support group! HAHA! Let’s get things done!
