Hi friends! Sorry it’s been a little quiet around here. Have you ever been in a slump? You know what I mean right? When you just don’t feel like doing anything. Well, this happened to me last week. You see the last few months have just got me holidayed and celebrated out. November – Thanksgiving, birthday. December – Christmas (and everything that goes along with that). January – birthdays and back to school. February – Valentine’s Day and birthday. I’m done. Don’t show me another decoration or idea or anything. But then, the internet…and my darling husband who is a constant source of encouragement to me. I found lots of great stuff to share and my creative juices are flowing like a river again – so be on the lookout for some fun stuff in the near future! Now on to the fun!
I have three great makeovers to share with you today, along with some words of encouragement and some plant tips!

First up is this AMAZING bathroom renovation from Beth at Home Stories A to Z. I mean, seriously beautiful! You must click over and check out the rest of the room and the befores!
The next one is super fun because it was done at NO cost. Cassie made over her guest bedroom just by shopping the house. And it turned out awesome! Just goes to show that you don’t necessarily have to spend money to get a new look!
The last makeover is this really cool kitchen makeover. And let me tell you, you are going to want to see the befores, seriously. This cottage kitchen from Jenna Sue Design Co. is so warm and cozy now! Make sure you click on over on this one to see more pics and seriously – the before.
Do you kill all the plants?? I do, really. I’ve always said – if God doesn’t water it and give it light, it’s not going to live around here. Ha!! I must say that I have gotten a little better. Or maybe I’ve just found a few plants that are a little more forgiving of my neglectful nature. If you need some tips on great low-maintenance house plants – this post from Ruth at Living Well Spending Less is for you!
And, last but not least. I told you I was in a rut and this post right here is one that spoke straight to my heart. I love it when God uses people to speak through. Sometimes it’s the only way I get things. If you need a little pick me up today check out this post from Rebekah Lyons at Ann Voskamp.
Wow, that is one power packed High Five on Friday!! Hope you enjoy these links, and have a fabulous weekend! Be on the lookout for greatness next week. 😉
