Hello peeps! We are 28 days into our 31 day series! Whew! I hope you have been inspired!!
Today I’d like to address the guest bath. I must first go on record, however, to say that we don’t technically have a ‘guest’ bath. We live in a four bedroom, two bath home. That means – one master bathroom and one bathroom for everyone else – kids and guests alike.
This has proved to be a challenge all these years. The biggest challenge of course being making sure the kids keep it clean…or at least tidy.
I have done a few things to make that possible which I touched on in an earlier post.
But, how do we make guests feel comfortable in our guest bath? Well, I think as with any other space that guests are using, the most important thing is functionality. They need to be able to find the things they need. Toiletry needs, soap and hand towels are essentials. If they are over-night guests then possibly towels, and shower items. You definitely want to have everything on hand for guests to get clean – even if no one uses that bathroom regularly. Invest in some travel soaps, toothpaste, extra toothbrushes, extra combs and hairbrushes (left in packages) just in case someone forgets something. Here are a couple of ideas in that direction.
Again, please, please, please pin from the original source for these photos by clicking on the links below each photo. This way the person responsible for the loveliness gets the credit. Thanks!:)

But, more than anything keep it user friendly. Not too over-the-top decorated that people are afraid to use it. And, not so messy that people are afraid to use it. You know what I’m sayin people!!

I didn't keep all of those little extras in our guest bath until a few years ago and I can't tell you how many guests talk about how much they appreciate it! Love your ideas for how to store/display them!
