Hey there! Happy summer everyone!!
My big boy is home, my littles are out of school, and the schedule has been officially thrown out the window. We are barely a week into summer and there has already been plenty of staying up late and sleeping in late!! My favorite things about summer.
Thanks for sharing with us here at Fridays Unfolded! Our little party just keeps growing which is great! The more the merrier, right? So, keep sharing with your friends :).
This week I am sharing three project ideas that are actually on my
long to do list!
Remember, If you are pinning one of these great ideas for yourself, please click over to the original link and pin from there – thanks!
First up, organizing the junk drawer, actually all the drawers in my house. Beck from Beckwith’s Treasures shows us an easy and inexpensive way to customize your drawer organization.

In our part of the country outside in the summer = bugs. This year has been especially wet which = even more bugs. I am intrigued by the idea of making my own citronella candles, and Camille shows us just how to do it. I love too that she adds some eucalyptus oil, since I don’t really care for the smell of citronella.

Lastly, these DIY shutters from The Scrap Shoppe Blog are exactly the look I am going for at our house and they look like a simple enough DIY.

For me, DIY is always best because I’m kind of picky. So, if I do it myself I get exactly what I want without paying the price for “custom”.
